Its known as a healing plant because of its soothing nature, although a gentle herb the healing that Calendula offers is extremely powerful. Its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antiviral effects make it an essential in any herbal medicine cabinet. Topical application of Calendula is used to keep wounds clean and to help new tissue grow and reduce the appearance of scars. It also helps with scrapes, stings, rashes, eczema, burns and swelling. 

Calendula is infused in my Organic unfiltered cold processed olive oil, Organic cold processed hexane free Castor Oil and mixed together with my Organic beeswax and melted together and poured into 2oz metal tins. It is then allowed to cool before being sealed.
