Mugwort has long been valued for its ability to aid in digestion and women's health. Mugwort contains high levels of antioxidants which help to alleviate digestive and intestinal issues like ulcers, vomiting, nausea and constipation. Mugwort is also known to elicit intense and vivid dreams. Historically it was used as an herbal inhibitor for women's menstrual cycles and helped to provide menopause relief. Its also said to alleviate joint pain and can be used as a preventative method for being exposed to poison oak.
